This optometrist was gentle and relaxed which made me feel relaxed, unlike some others I have had in the past who were really sharp and business-like and made you feel you had to keep up. The slower pace made me feel I was dealing with a human being with lots of experience.

Boots Epsom team has really impressed me. The initial consultation and appointment with the opthalmologist was very professional. Both took time to examine, understand the concerns and addressed through diagnosis. I will be returning back with my prescription to buy glasses. Delighted with both members of the team.

The staff were extremely friendly & helpful from start to finish. Unlike other Boots I've been too. Have worked with the public for more than 25 years & it comes as a refreshing change to come across people who enjoy the job & are genuinely friendly/helpful! I think it should be pointed out that you can take your prescription elsewhere or chose glasses at another time. I felt a little pressured into making a decision. Having said that I could have said no. Staff were all very pleasant.
